The 'Raja' brand has evolved from a modest automobile resale shop in VV Puram in 1935 to a diversified conglomerate. Initially thriving in the auto industry, the group expanded into real estate in 1970 with Raja Builders and Estates. They established landmark projects like the Hotel Manu and have since delivered over 3,000 plots and homes, including the notable Raja Iris development.
Today, under Raja Arjun's leadership, the group is transforming with a design-centric approach. With advanced degrees in Design Thinking and Architecture, Raja Arjun's vision is shaping the future of the Raja brand, ensuring its continued impact and innovation for the next 25 years.
